These Terms govern your use of this website and our rental services, provided by Huerta's Rental, a sole proprietorship based in New Haven, Connecticut. By requesting a quote or renting from us, you agree to these Terms.
Our service
We rent party equipment — including tents, bounce houses and inflatables, tables, chairs, coolers, heaters, and artificial turf — delivered and set up in New Haven, CT and surrounding areas. Prices are quote-based; there are no fixed online prices.
Quotes & booking
Submitting the form is a request, not a confirmed booking. Your reservation is confirmed only when we agree directly (by phone, text, or WhatsApp) on the date, items, price, and any deposit. Payment is arranged directly with us; we do not take payment through this website.
Use of equipment & your responsibilities
- You are responsible for the equipment from delivery until pickup, including loss or damage beyond normal use.
- You must provide a safe, suitable, accessible location for setup and any power required.
- Bounce houses and inflatables require responsible adult supervision at all times. You must follow all safety rules we provide, including maximum occupancy, no shoes/sharp objects, and no use during rain or high wind. Do not use inflatables in unsafe weather.
Assumption of risk & liability
Use of rented equipment — especially bounce houses and inflatables — involves inherent risks. You and your guests use the equipment at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Huerta's Rental is not liable for injury, accident, or property damage arising from the use of rented equipment, and you agree to hold us harmless from claims arising from your event. A separate written rental agreement signed at delivery may include additional safety terms and a liability waiver and, together with these Terms, governs your rental.
Cancellations & weather
If you need to cancel or reschedule, contact us as soon as possible. For everyone's safety, we may reschedule or withhold inflatables in unsafe weather. Deposit and cancellation terms are confirmed when you book.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut.
