- Information you give us in the quote/contact form: your name, phone number, email address (optional), event date, event location/address, the items you're interested in, and any notes.
- Collected automatically: your IP address, browser and device information, the pages you visit, and cookies/identifiers used for analytics and advertising.
How we use it
To respond to your request and prepare a quote, contact you about your event, measure and improve our website and advertising, and keep business records. We do not sell your personal information for money.
Who we share it with
We share information with the service providers that help us run the business and our advertising:
- Meta (Facebook/Instagram) — through the Meta Pixel and Conversions API, we share a securely hashed version of your name, email, and phone number, along with your IP address, to measure and improve our ads.
- Google — Google Analytics and Tag Manager (website analytics) and Google Maps (address lookup in our forms).
- Supabase (stores your request) and Vercel (website hosting).
- When required by law.
Under California law, our sharing of identifiers with Meta and Google for advertising may be considered "sharing." You can opt out — see your rights below.
Cookies
We use essential cookies for the site to work, plus analytics and advertising cookies. When you first visit, our cookie banner lets you accept or reject non-essential (analytics and advertising) cookies. If you reject, we do not load those trackers.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information:

Data retention
We keep quote requests only as long as needed to serve you and meet record-keeping requirements, then delete or anonymize them.
Children
Our website is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Security & changes
We use reasonable measures to protect your information; no method is 100% secure. We may update this policy and will revise the effective date above.
